The Page Turners
Online Reading Hour 📚🧑🏻💻
Based on feedback from the community we are going to try something different! We are going to do an online reading hour!
We’re inviting you to bring whatever you’re currently reading, come chill out, and read quietly with us, followed by a guided discussion. Feel free to drop in and drop out!
Whether you’ve just started a new book, you’re halfway through, or you’ve been on the same chapter for three weeks (we’ve all been there 😅), you’re welcome.
📚 Bring your own book
🛑 Casual drop in drop out session
💬 Low-pressure discussion with guided questions.
Sometimes reading is easier when someone else is reading too. We’d love to read with you.

Our next session: Reading Hour
Page Turneris a relaxed, accessible space for people to enjoy reading alongside others, without the pressure of a traditional book club.
Bring along any book you’re currently reading. We’ll spend the first part of the session reading quietly together, followed by an optional group discussion using simple prompts. You’re welcome to share as much or as little as you like.
There is no assigned book, no homework and no expectation to read aloud. Fidgets and snacks are available, and participants are encouraged to communicate and take part in whatever way feels comfortable.
Page Turners is designed to help people connect with others, enjoy some quiet reading time and be part of a welcoming community.
